Due to huge demand for tables on Valentines Evening we are unable to make provisional reservations. Confirmed reservations can be taken upon receipt of payment of the full menu price for each diner by way of deposit. At this time we will be delighted to assist you in making a table selection from our table plan. Tables will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and as such are subject to availability. Please book as soon as possible in order to maximise your choice.

Please be aware that all bills at Charlotte's Place are subject to a discretionary 12.5% service charge. We would like to emphasise that this is distributed to our staff and that it is entirely discretionary. Should you feel that you have not received an excellent standard of service, and that this has been overlooked, please feel free to amend  the service charge shown on the bill to that which you consider to be an appropriate sum.
